2. When handling the machine, use lifting equipment as much as possible. The lifting capacity of the lifting equipment should be greater than the gross weight of the machine. Where there is no proper lifting equipment, a few steel pipes with a diameter of 50 ~ 70mm can be put in the bottom of the rack, and slowly roll it with a crowbar or a hinge. If using a forklift to transport, please pay attention to whether the center of gravity of the machine is correct, and the machine can only be transported to the required location when there is no tilt and instability. When the machine is put down, it should contact the foundation slowly and steadily. Note that during transportation, the machine should not tilt more than 15 ° from the ground, and the exposed parts of the machine should not touch other objects.
3. The machine is installed on a flat cement ground with a pre-embedded foundation. The flat cement ground should have sufficient strength, stiffness and stability to ensure that the machine operates well.
4. When installing the machine, the adjustment pad should be placed on the foundation, the machine should be placed on the adjustment pad, and the machine should be stabilized by adjusting the pad.
5. Place the precision level gauge in the vertical and horizontal directions of the machine guide post, and adjust the machine so that the levelness in both vertical and horizontal directions is not greater than 0.3 / 1000.
6. The electrical box should be connected to the power supply only after the ground wire is connected and checked correctly. When everything is normal, the machine can be debugged.
7. Steam, compressed air and cooling water pipes must be cleaned before installation, especially compressed gas pipes. Try to use air dryers and filters to ensure that the pneumatic components can work normally.
8. Only after the machine's anchor screws are tightened, the machine is installed, and the electrical system is safe and reliable, can the machine be operated and the geometric accuracy checked.
