1.The eps pre-expander machine's power supply is 380V/220V (according to the customer’s country), and its case should have a good grounding system. After the power is on, check the motor, fan, etc. to make sure that they are running normally and there is no noise.
2.Check the electric contact pressure gauge, turn the needle to see if the PLC input point is on and whether the wiring is right or wrong.
3. Check whether mechanical oil is added to the lubricator in the pneumatic triplex.
4. Check the steam and compressed air pipelines to see whether there is air leaks or water leaks, if there is, solve them in time.
5. Input the compressed air, open and close each solenoid valve through the manual test page on the screen, and check whether the solenoid valves are opened and closed properly and correctly.
6. Set the steam pressure reducing valve, set the pressure at the outlet of the pressure reducing valve to 0.2Mpa, and open the steam valve through the manual test page of the screen to see whether the pressure of the output of steam pressure reducing valve is stably set at the predetermined pressure. After setting, lock the lock nut of the setting valve.
7. Set the pressure of the electric contact pressure gauge and pressure sensor to the preset value.
